Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Soaked Detailing, we work by appointment only. To keep our schedule fair and efficient, the following policy applies:
📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling
•We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
•Your first reschedule is free if made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
•If you reschedule a second time or more, or cancel within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the booked service value) will apply.
📌 No-Show Policy
•Not attending your appointment without any notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked service value.
•Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.
📌 Deposit Policy
•Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.
•Deposits can be transferred once with 48+ hours’ notice.
•If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited, and the remainder of the 50% fee may be required.
📌 Access Requirements
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the booked time and in the expected condition. Extra labour (pet hair, heavy soiling, etc.) may incur additional charges.
📌 Weather Conditions
If weather prevents us from completing your service, we will reschedule your booking.
Your deposit will automatically transfer to the new date.
